Terms of Use

What Pílula is

Pílula publishes short reads, with audio versions, about behavior, relationships, money, work and curiosities. The content is editorial and educational: it is meant to inspire and inform, and does not replace medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice.

Your account

• Using the app requires an account, created with email and password or with Apple or Google;
• keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account;
• provide truthful information and do not share the account with others;
• you can delete your account whenever you want (see Delete account).

Content and intellectual property

Pílula's texts, audio, images, brand and design belong to us or are used with permission. Quotes from books, studies and people belong to their authors. You may read and listen for personal use and share the pieces and links the app itself offers. You may not copy the content in bulk, resell it or use it to train AI systems without our authorization.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pílula for anything illegal, to try to access systems or accounts that are not yours, to overload or interfere with the service, or to get around access limits, such as the free pills.

ConversarIA

ConversarIA answers questions about a pill using artificial intelligence. Answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional guidance. Do not use ConversarIA in emergencies or situations of risk. Avoid sending sensitive information in questions: they are processed by our AI provider, as described in the Privacy.

Subscription

• Part of the pills are free (currently five); full access requires a Premium subscription;
• the price, period and renewal date are shown before you confirm the purchase;
• on iPhone the subscription is billed by Apple; on Android, by Google Play; outside the stores, by Stripe. It renews automatically until canceled;
• cancel through the store where you bought it: App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid;
• refunds follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made;
• Premium access is yours on any device where you sign in with your account, even if the purchase was made through another channel;
• for App Store purchases, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription made on the App Store or Google Play.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service up, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance or failures. We may update, change or end features, and update these terms; relevant changes will be announced in the app or by email.

Limitation of liability

Pílula is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made based on the content or on ConversarIA's answers, nor for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.
